Every day, around the world, people at work produce many millions of pages of writing. The sad fact is that most of this writing is very poorly written.

Think of the emails, letters, reports and leaflets you see. How often do you 'switch off' after a few lines, or find yourself having to read a paragraph again because your mind has wandered?

Even web pages aren't immune from this. Of course, many are produced by professionals and are easy to read and to navigate. But many aren't. A poorly written website can be disastrous for an organisation.
